Hello! We are Anthony & Tracey! With over 28 years of experience sharing our love for exceptional food​,​ we have dedicated our lives to connecting people through culinary adventures. Our journey has evolved from running a renowned West Australian cooking school and local grocery delivery service into hosting immersive​,​ down-to-earth food tours that celebrate the very best of regional produce. Tracey is a professionally trained chef originally from the UK​,​ where she began her career running her family’s gastro-pub kitchen in West Sussex. After relocating to Perth​,​ she held senior catering roles before launching her own culinary education platform​,​ ultimately teaching more than 80​,​000 students the art of cooking with fresh​,​ seasonal ingredients. Anthony is our quiet achiever behind the scenes - though you’ll often spot him front and centre behind the wheel of our tour bus. Raised on a family farm in Kojonup​,​ WA​,​ Anthony brings a lifelong connection to agriculture​,​ a deep understanding of the land's rhythms​,​ and a practical​,​ get-it-done attitude that keeps our journeys running smoothly. Together​,​ we blend culinary passion with agricultural roots to design experiences that go beyond the plate.
