How to Book on Localmingo
Your next adventure is just 3-steps away! Whether you’re planning ahead or booking last-minute, here’s a quick and easy guide to help you secure the perfect tour or experience with one of our amazing Locallers.
🧭 Step 1: Explore & Discover
Feel free to browse all the tours and experiences on our platform—no account needed (yet!).
Search your next city adventure - check out tour types, group sizes, inclusions, durations, and get to know your Localler through their profile.
Tip: Use filters to save time - find tours/experiences that match your vibe & Locallers that speak your language!
👤 Step 2: Create Your Free Mingoer Account
Ready to book? You’ll need to sign up so we can keep you updated about your request, confirmations, or any changes to your booking.
Signing up is easy:
- Click “Sign-Up” with your user type (Mingoer – traveller/guest)
- Enter your name, email, and password
You’re in! 🎉
📅 Step 3: Choose Your Booking & Complete Your Request
Once you’ve found the tour or experience you love:
- Select your date and time
- Choose number of guests or price option and review the total price
- Click “Request to book”
You’ll then be taken straight to the Checkout Page, where you’ll enter your payment details, add any special requests for your Localler (e.g., accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, timing questions and click “Confirm Booking Request”.
Your Localler will receive your booking request instantly, and they’ll have up to 48 hours to accept or decline it.
Reminder: Your card is not charged yet. A temporary pre-authorisation may show up, but payment is only taken 7 days before the tour/experience starts after the Localler accepts the booking request.
