Check-In & Safety Briefing (The Eastern Pontoon)
Arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check in, present your ID, store your belongings in the communal lockers, receive your safety orientation, and gear up with life jackets and spray ponchos.
The Red Shark Thrill Ride (Sydney Harbour)
Board the jet boat and head out onto the open harbour waters. Your skipper turns up the tunes and unleashes the power, performing thrilling 270-degree spins, power brakes, and high-speed manoeuvres while whizzing past Sydney Harbour's top attractions.
Iconic Sightseeing & Photo Ops
Glide past famous landmarks including the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Fort Denison Island, Rose Bay, Watson’s Bay, Bradley’s Head, and Taronga Zoo. Capture smiles and high-energy moments with onboard camera equipment.
Return to Wharf
After 30 minutes of non-stop adrenaline and sightseeing, head back to Circular Quay to disembark.

End Point

Returns to the original meeting point at The Eastern Pontoon, Circular Quay.

Additional Information

Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time for check-in and briefing.
Height Restriction: All passengers must meet a minimum height requirement of 1.2 meters (3 ft 9 in / 3.94 ft).
Age Requirements: Children under 13 years old must ride accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over 18 years of age.
Weight Limit: Maximum weight limit of 150 kg (331 lbs) per passenger applies.
NOT suitable/recommended for: Pregnant women, individuals with back, neck, or heart problems, wheelchair users, people with recent surgeries, or those with serious pre-existing medical conditions.
All passengers must have a moderate physical fitness level and board/ride at their own risk. Passengers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before departure.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothes.
Prohibited Items: Cameras, selfie sticks, mobile phones/cellphones, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on board for safety reasons.

Plan B

Light Rain / Overcast Conditions: Rides operate rain or shine! Spray ponchos are provided to help keep passengers as dry as possible. Severe Weather / Heavy Swells: In the event of extreme weather conditions, unsafe harbour swells, or severe storms, rides may be delayed or rescheduled for safety. Cancellation / Rescheduling: If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather, guests will be offered the choice of an alternative date/time or a full refund.
