Morning Departure & Native Wildlife Sanctuary
Settle into the luxury of the Mercedes as we depart the city skyline and head toward the towering mountain gums of the Yarra Valley. We begin the morning at the world-renowned Healesville Sanctuary. Wander peaceful bushland tracks to meet koalas, kangaroos, platypuses, and wombats up close, and enjoy immersive keeper talks in a stunning, natural bush setting.
First Cellar Door & Vineyard Lunch
We leave the wilderness behind and dive straight into the heart of wine country. Enjoy your first guided wine tasting of the day at a premier Yarra Valley estate, sampling the elegant Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs the region is famous for. Afterward, take your time and linger over a relaxed lunch boasting panoramic views across the rolling vines.
Second Boutique Tasting: Wine or Craft Gin
The tasting journey continues. We head to a second boutique, family-run winery for another curated private tasting to compare regional styles and flavour profiles. If you prefer to mix things up, you also have the flexible option to swap this second stop for a celebrated craft gin distillery to sample local, botanically infused spirits instead.
Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery
We finish the day on a sweet note at the famous Yarra Valley Chocolaterie. Take in the chocolate-making theatre through the viewing windows, indulge in premium tastings, browse the showroom of European-inspired sweets, or treat yourself to a hand-crafted scoop of ice cream before we head home.

Additional Information
- Because this is a private tour, we set the pace. We can linger longer at the places you love and adjust the schedule seamlessly on the fly.
- Alcohol tastings are for guests 18+ only; non-drinkers are welcome at all venues.
- If you use a mobility aid, please tell us when booking so we can choose suitable venues and parking spots.
- Country weather can change quickly. Bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, and sun protection for the daytime outdoors.
- We carry a small onboard fridge to keep chocolates or other perishables chilled. Your guide can store and label items and return them to you before the final stop.
- A valid photo ID (18+) is required for all wine and spirit tastings (though all ages are welcome on the tour).
- We reserve a table at a Yarra Valley winery as part of the tour. Lunch is at your own expense, and venues can cater to dietary requirements — just let us know in advance.
