Your tour concludes with drop-off back at your original pickup point in Auckland. Alternative Drop-off: If you would like to be dropped off at a different location at the end of the day - such as Auckland Airport for an evening flight, a restaurant in the CBD, or a different hotel—simply let us know when confirming your booking details, and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Local Dining Note: While food and drinks are excluded, as a private tour provider we are delighted to offer recommendations and take you to the best local cafes and restaurants along the way.
Physical Fitness: Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. The tour includes walking on paved and unpaved paths, stairs inside the caves, and a short 15-minute return bush walk at Marokopa Falls.
Optional Extension: Marokopa Falls Walk is not included in the price. An additional fee of NZ$250 applies, which can be paid directly to the guide on the day of the tour via cash or credit card.
Optional Upgrade: Visit to Otorohanga Kiwi House is subject to availability and requires a NZ$250 itinerary extension fee plus admission costs, payable directly to your guide on the day of the tour (cash or credit card).

While subterranean caves and rainforest waterfalls are fantastic wet-weather activities, heavy rainfall can occasionally cause cave flooding or river rises that restrict access. Flexible Rescheduling: If severe weather warnings disrupt safe driving conditions, we offer free date rescheduling (subject to vehicle availability) or a full refund of your booking deposit.
