Trestle Bridges & Railway Distilling
Next, we journey into the lush heart of dairy country. Take a short, scenic stroll across the historic Timboon Trestle Bridge, an impressive timber remnant of the region’s pioneering railway heritage. From there, we step into the rustic charm of the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery to sample their acclaimed, award-winning single malt whiskies, liqueurs, and spirits.
A Gourmet Village Lunch
We dive deeper into the quaint village of Timboon for a midday feast. Treat yourself to artisan scoops at the famous Timboon Fine Ice Creamery, churned from the freshest local ingredients. - What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes for short paths, a warm jacket or windbreaker (the coastal weather shifts quickly), a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, and a camera.
