  Kick off your day right at Bar Woolloomooloo inside the Ovolo Hotel! If you join us at our main departure point, your morning coffee or tea is completely on us. Prefer to stay put? We can also easily arrange an alternative pickup location from your city accommodation as mutually agreed. Once everyone is settled in our comfortable van, we'll hit the road and head north toward Australia's oldest wine region!

• 2nd Cellar Door: Premium Private Tasting + Scenic Stop

  A great chance for photos and views. New varieties of wine!

• Gourmet Vineyard Lunch

  Time to relax and refuel. We will enjoy a beautiful, hearty lunch surrounded by panoramic, rolling vineyard views. The menu highlights fresh, local ingredients, and we can fully accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies with advance notice.

• 3rd Cellar Door: Sunset, Wine & Chocolate Pairing, and Wild Kangaroos

  We wrap up our time in wine country with an unforgettable afternoon finale. At our third and final winery, we'll experience a custom-designed wine and local chocolate pairing session, topped off with an exclusive, behind-the-scenes surprise barrel tasting! As the sun begins to set over the ranges, we'll head into the property's scenic spots to spot wild kangaroos hopping through the vines - the ultimate photo opportunity!

• Relaxing Journey Back to Sydney

  With a van full of great memories (and maybe a few bottles of wine), you can sit back, chat, or take a peaceful nap as Sean and Tristan safely navigate the comfortable van back south to Sydney, dropping you right back to your destination in the evening.
