Begin your morning with pickup from your chosen Sydney hotel or meet directly at the Sydney Fish Market. Experience the vibrant early-morning atmosphere of the market with a Cook's tour before setting off toward the countryside with a fresh morning coffee.
A hot breakfast and sushi class beside The Hawkesbury River
Break up the drive with a hot breakfast and a hands-on sushi-making class and learn to roll your own sushi. We will have this later with beautiful semillon.
Winery Degustation Lunch Prepared by Chef Jimmy
Visit 3 handpicked wineries and sit back as Chef Jimmy grills and prepares a multi-course degustation lunch featuring regional produce, designed specifically to match the estate's finest varietals.
Return Journey to Sydney
Relax in your air-conditioned vehicle on the comfortable drive back to Sydney, taking in the evening countryside views before being dropped off at your original pickup point.

End Point

At the end of the day, you will be dropped back at your original pickup spot (or a central city point if you joined us at the Fish Market).
