Located just two hours south of Auckland along an iconic section of the Hauraki Rail Trail, this tour takes you through lush, bush-clad gorges, historic railway tunnels, and scenic riverside pathways. Riding on custom-fitted premium electric bikes makes the Grade 1–2 trails effortless, allowing you to choose your own distance (from 10 km up to 40 km) and soak in the remarkable heritage and landscapes of the region. Led by Gordon - drawing on his 40+ years of riding experience and deep local knowledge - this experience offers authentic Kiwi hospitality with total peace of mind. Complete with round-trip transport from Auckland (including optional hotel pickup and drop-off), our dedicated support wagon is positioned at strategic trail points to deliver refreshments, morning tea, and lunch stops.
