  Your exclusive day begins at a time that suits you best. I will pick you up directly from your choice of Sydney CBD hotels or other preferred location. As we leave the city behind and journey toward the gorgeous Hunter Region, we will make a relaxing morning stop to fuel up on exceptional Australian barista coffee. (Morning beverage included)

• Morning Wine Tastings: First & Second Estates

  Refreshed and ready, we arrive in the heart of the valley to visit your first two boutique wineries. Here, you are invited to taste a spectacular variety of world-class labels. Because this tour is 100% private, you have total freedom to choose the estates we visit - I will happily offer expert recommendations tailored precisely to your personal preferences in wine varieties, production size, and vineyard style. (Tasting fees may apply depending on chosen wineries)

• Gourmet Lunch in the Vineyards

  Indulge in a sensational local lunch at one of the region’s most iconic, scenic dining spots. We highly recommend exceptional options such as Briar Ridge Vineyard or Bimbadgen Estate. Take your time to relax, unwind, and savor premium local flavors while completely immersing yourself in the jaw-dropping beauty of the uniquely Australian landscape. (Lunch and drinks at guest's own expense; pre-booking recommended)

• Afternoon Vineyards, Chocolate & Cheese Tastings (Optional)

  Spend a wonderfully relaxed afternoon exploring more of the region's stunning, historic wineries. Keep your eyes peeled as we cruise along the scenic country roads—you might even spot wild kangaroos lounging among the vines! To elevate your afternoon, we can pair your wine experience with a delicious artisanal cheese tasting, followed by a visit to the Hunter Valley Chocolate Factory for the perfect, indulgent sweet finish. • Nature’s Haven: Hunter Region Botanic Gardens

  Before returning to the city, we’ll aim to make a final stop at the award-winning Hunter Region Botanic Gardens. This tranquil oasis spans 130 hectares of beautiful bushland, allowing you to soak up nature's true beauty and admire the luscious, preserved Australian plant life. (Note: This peaceful visit is beautifully flexible and will depend on your group’s preferred pacing and the day's timing)

• Relaxed Return to Sydney

  Around 4:30 PM, we will begin our comfortable journey back to the city. After a magnificent, indulgent day of exploring Australia's oldest wine country, you can sit back, relax, and reminisce about an unforgettable day of flavours and vistas as I drive you safely home.
