As we leave the city behind for our comfortable 3.5-hour drive to the capital, we will make a relaxing stop along the rolling hills of the Southern Highlands to fuel up on exceptional Australian barista coffee and traditional biscuits.

  Upon arriving in the capital, we kick off with a grand scenic drive through Canberra’s distinct, beautifully architectured international embassy district. Next, we stop at the Royal Australian Mint where you can explore the fascinating history of Australian coinage, look down onto the factory floor, and witness the precise minting process up close.
