Overview

📅 Season starts November 2026 Join us at our family-run truffle farm in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula for an immersive, hands-on farm experience! Your guided journey begins at the Hunt Pavilion with an engaging introduction to the history and secret world of Australian truffle farming. From there, head into the truffière alongside our skilled guides - led personally by owner Jenny, her partner Mike, or one of our small team of esteemed truffle hunters and, of course, our talented truffle-hunting dogs like Maddie or Lizzie! You'll sniff out buried treasures, test if the truffles are ripe, and unearth fresh fungi with your own hands. After harvesting, return to the pavilion to wash your truffles while sipping a refreshing glass of local non-alcoholic cider. The adventure concludes with an unforgettable 3-course gourmet truffle lunch featuring white winter soup, wood-fired pizza where you shave your very own freshly harvested truffle right on top, and a spectacular truffle dessert. Before heading home, visit our farmgate shop to purchase fresh truffles, small-batch artisan products, and memorable gifts just one hour from Melbourne CBD. Highlights: 🌳 Peninsula Legacy: Discover the captivating history of the Mornington Peninsula’s original truffle farm. 🐶 Meet the Canine Stars: Watch talented English Springer Spaniels (like Maddie and Lizzie!) track down hidden subterranean gems. 🥾 Hands-On Harvest: Get your hands dirty and unearth fresh truffles straight from the soil yourself. 🍕 Gourmet Wood-Fired Lunch: Savour a 3-course feast featuring winter soup, wood-fired pizza shaved with your own truffle, and a delicious truffle dessert. 🧈 Farmgate Store Access: Sample and take home artisanal products like truffle butter, truffle honey, and freshly harvested truffles.
