- With data service providers, such as cloud, hosting, server maintenance, and backup services. Data service providers will have to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data;

- When we are required to do so by law, including disclosure and use of your personal data as necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws and administrative or legal processes, such as to respond to requests from government authorities;
