What is your cancellation policy?

We will process your payment 7 days before your tour/experience date (or immediately for last minute booking). If you cancel at least 7 days (168 hours) before the start time of your tour/experience, and before the payment is processed, no charge will be applied.

Once payment is processed, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 5.5% cancellation fee if you cancel within the following timeframes:

• Join-in + Single-day tours/experiences: Cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the start time.
• Private + Single-day tours/experiences: Cancel at least 5 days (120 hours) before the start time.
• Multi-day tours/experiences: Cancel at least 7 days (168 hours) before the start time.

The 5.5% cancellation fee covers third-party payment processing fees and platform operating costs. Cancellations made after the applicable deadline are not permitted and are non-refundable.
