What if I can’t attend the tour or experience due to unforeseen circumstances?

If you need to cancel your booking because of unforeseen events that arise after your booking is made, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund - even if your cancellation falls within the non-refundable period.

“Unforeseeable events” refer to impersonal circumstances that make it unsafe or impossible to participate in the booked tour/experience. Examples include government-imposed travel restrictions, unusual epidemic outbreaks in the area, war, civil unrest, strikes, or natural disasters occurring at the tour location. Localmingo will determine, at its discretion, whether an event qualifies as an unforeseeable event.

The following are not unforeseeable events:- poor weather, change of plans, oversleeping, illness or injury.
