How do I submit a booking request and what is the booking process?

You can browse any tour or experience and review key details on the listing page - including tour type (join-in or private), maximum group size, duration, inclusions, and the Localler’s profile. Once ready, select your date, check availability, choose the number of guests or price option, review the total price, and submit a booking request.

You’ll then receive an email confirming that your request has been submitted. The Localler has up to 48 hours to accept or decline your request. If they don’t respond within that time, the request automatically expires so your travel planning is not delayed. You’ll be notified as soon as the Localler takes action or once the 48 hours pass.
