How do I prepare for my tour or experience?

After logging in to your Mingoer account, you can find all your booking details in the Inbox Tab and by clicking on the relevant listing title of your booked tour/experience. Make sure you double-check the start time and familiarize yourself with the meeting point in advance (a Google Maps link is usually included in the listing under the Meeting Point).

If you need any special arrangements - such as a pick-up or any specific requirements - you can message your Localler directly through the Inbox on our website.

You can also review helpful information on the listing itself, including:

• End point of the tour/experience
• What’s included and excluded
• Additional information
• Plan B arrangements (if applicable)
