How do I know the status of my booking?
After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email confirmation. Within 48 hours, you will be notified by email whether your request has been accepted, declined, or expired (if the Localler does not respond in time). You can also track the status of your booking in the Inbox section by logging into your Mingoer account. Here are the possible statuses:
- Booking request submitted: Your request has been successfully sent to the Localler and is awaiting a response. A temporary pre-authorisation may be placed on your card when you submit the request.
- Booking request accepted: The Localler has confirmed your booking. Your tour/experience will take place on the scheduled date and time. Your card will be charged 7 days before your tour or experience (or immediately for last-minute booking).
- Booking request declined: The Localler was unavailable and declined your request. No fee is charged.
- Booking request expired: The Localler did not respond within 48 hours, and the booking request has expired. No fee is charged.
- Booking cancelled: Your booking has been cancelled and will not take place.
