How do I cancel a booking?

For bookings starting in more than 7 days:

  • You can cancel directly through your account. Go to your Inbox, select the relevant booking, and click “Cancel Booking.”

For bookings starting within 7 days:

  • If your payment has already been processed, please contact us at support@localmingo.com to request a cancellation. Any refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the Mingoer Cancellation Policy.
