When will I receive my payout?

Once the tour/experience is completed, your payout will be processed. You will receive your Take-Home Price (i.e. the full payment from the Mingoer minus Localmingo’s commission).

Payouts are generally released within one week after the tour/experience has been completed, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after the release of payouts, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If the Mingoer raises a dispute, complaint, chargeback, or refund request, your payout may be temporarily delayed while the matter is being reviewed.
