What if I need to cancel a confirmed booking?
Once a booking has been confirmed, you should not cancel it except in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseeable events. If such an event prevents you from fulfilling your role as a guide or host, you must notify us immediately at support@localmingo.com and provide supporting evidence where possible. You must not ask the Mingoer to cancel the booking on your behalf under any circumstances.
