What happens if I decline a booking request?
You may decline a request if you’re unavailable or unable to host the tour or experience. The Mingoer will be notified and can look for alternative options.
Whilst occasional declines may be understandable, frequent declines can negatively affect the guest experience and may cause your listings to appear lower in search results. Maintaining a strong acceptance rate helps improve your visibility.
To avoid unnecessary declines, keep your availability calendar accurate and up to date. If your schedule changes, update it right away so Mingoers only submit requests for dates you can actually host.
