What happens if a Mingoer cancels a confirmed booking?

You will receive your payout if a Mingoer cancels later than the applicable cancellation deadline, as outlined below:

• Join-in & Single-day tours/experiences: Cancellation made less than 1 day (24 hours) before the start time.
• Private Single-day tours/experiences: Cancellation made less than 5 days (120 hours) before the start time.
• Multi-day tours/experiences: Cancellation made less than 7 days (168 hours) before the start time.

If the Mingoer cancels before the applicable cancellation deadline (i.e. within the allowed cancellation period), the cancellation is permitted , and you will not receive your payout.
