What can I do if the weather forecast is bad or the weather suddenly changes on the day of the tour/experience?
We recommend staying in close communication with your Mingoer to discuss possible alternatives, such as adjusting the itinerary or cancelling the tour/experience.
Use your professional judgment to assess whether the tour or experience can safely and reasonably proceed based on the forecast or real-time conditions. If you believe the tour or experience can continue but the Mingoer prefers to cancel, our Cancellation Policy will apply, and you will still receive your payout.
Regardless of the outcome, please contact us at support@localmingo.com so our customer support team can arrange any necessary refunds or payment adjustments.
To help avoid confusion, you should also include a “Plan B” section on your listing page outlining common alternative arrangements - such as itinerary changes - in case of poor or unexpected weather.
