How do I communicate with Mingoers who have made a booking with me?
Use the in-platform messaging system under the “Inbox” tab to manage all customer inquiries. You may share your contact details with the Mingoer only after a booking request has been accepted.
All communication with Mingoers (including communication outside our messaging system) must comply with our guidelines. In particular:
- You must not ask a Mingoer to cancel a booking and rebook a tour or experience with you outside the Localmingo platform.
- You must not request cash payments or any additional fees outside the platform, unless the Mingoer has explicitly asked for extra services that are not included in their original booking.
Any suspected breach may result in the suspension of your listing, termination of your Localler account, or other penalties we consider appropriate.
