How do booking requests work?

When a Mingoer is interested in your tour or experience, they’ll submit a booking request with their requested date, number of guests, and any additional notes. You’ll receive an email notification immediately for you to accept or decline the booking request.

A booking is only confirmed once you accept it.

If you fail to respond within 48 hours (or before the tour starts for last-minute bookings), the booking request will automatically expire.
