After pickup, we travel to open grasslands where mobs of Eastern Grey Kangaroos feed in their natural environment. Early morning offers the best chance to observe natural behaviour, including joeys in their mothers' pouches. We then explore peaceful mangrove ecosystems and boardwalks at Osprey House Environmental Centre, enjoying bird hides and panoramic views across the wetlands. Crossing the Houghton Highway Bridge, we admire distant views of the Glasshouse Mountains before pausing for lunch at Scarborough Marina where you can enjoy relaxed seaside dining or fresh local seafood.
