Overview
Immerse yourself in a single, unforgettable day that captures two of the most passionate, spectacular, and defining characteristics of our island home: our deep, ancient wilderness and our world-renowned craft distilling. This is my signature wilderness and spirits experience, meticulously designed to give you a perfectly balanced taste of Tasmania's best. Together, we will step into our old-growth forests to experience an endless diversity of native flora and fauna, while also pulling back the curtain on the internationally award-winning distilleries that have put Tasmania on the global spirits map. Our day strikes the perfect harmony between absorbing natural landscapes and rich cultural storytelling. We will marvel at the majestic, tiered beauty of Russell Falls and take in the sweeping alpine vistas of Mount Wellington. Alongside these natural wonders, we will visit some of the most passionate and creative distillers in the region. Their exceptional spirits, dedication to the craft, and inspiring histories are sure to absolutely blow you away. As your private guide, I am here to set the scene every step of the way. Whether it’s sharing in-depth historical interpretations, bringing local characters to life through storytelling, or safely navigating our rugged landscapes, I will tailor the day entirely to your pace and interests. I can also create and design this tour into a 4 day multi day Tasmanian experience, which covers 4 different regions, with spectacular native landscape and local fresh and creative produce. If you want to experience the true, untamed spirit of Tasmania - both in the glass and out in the wild - come with me for an incredible day of discovery!
