Overview

This tour begins the only way Melburnians know how: with world-class coffee! Led by me, Molly - a true Melbourne hospitality insider. For over a decade, I’ve lived and breathed this city's world-famous coffee scene, working as a barista at iconic institutions like Lune Croissanterie, The Kettle Black, and St. ALi, and training the next generation of local hospitality talent. On this tour, I’m taking you past the usual tourist tracks to share the real stories, hidden laneway secrets, and vibrant flavors that make my hometown's culinary scene so legendary. Our journey kicks off with a private look at a hidden inner-city roastery to uncover what drives Melbourne's obsessive coffee culture. From there, we will explore the historic Queen Victoria Market, grazing our way through the sights, sounds, and flavors of the city's food scene. For lunch, we'll sit down for a delicious light meal at one of my favorite local eateries before wrapping up with a fresh, cold drink at a nearby craft brewery. Tour Highlights: Insider Coffee Experience: Sip standard-setting local coffee at a hidden roastery while learning Melbourne’s brew secrets from a veteran barista. 🍓 Market Grazing: Taste fresh oysters, artisan salami, and seasonal fruits at Melbourne's oldest market. 🍔 Curated Local Lunch: Sit down for a handpicked light meal showcasing the city's diverse culinary footprint. 🍻 Craft Brew Finale: Unwind and chat about the city's food culture over a cold drink at a local brewery.
